Helping Beyond Barriers

HUMANITY FIRST, TOGETHER WE HELP, TOGETHER WE CHANGE
At Humanity First Foundation, we believe that the essence of true humanity is found in selfless service—standing by those in need without judgment or discrimination. Whether someone is battling poverty, hunger, illness, or abandonment, we are committed to being their helping hand.
Our mission extends beyond borders of religion, caste, gender, or economic status, because we believe every life deserves dignity, care, and opportunity. Across India, countless individuals suffer in silence due to lack of food, basic medical care, and social support. Our work is focused on changing that reality.
Inspired by the global call of UN Sustainable Development Goal 2 – Zero Hunger, we serve nutritious meals to the hungry, every single day, without fail.

Serving Humanity with Compassion, Every Single Day
At Humanity First Foundation (HFF), our mission is deeply rooted in compassion, service, and unwavering dedication to the underserved. We strive to feed the hungry, care for the sick, support orphans and the elderly, empower women, and uplift marginalized communities through consistent, sustainable, and inclusive efforts.
We believe that no human being should suffer from hunger, neglect, or lack of access to basic healthcare. Every day, without fail, our volunteers serve freshly prepared meals to the poor and needy—come rain, storm, or even during the most challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic.
A World Where Humanity Comes First
We envision a future where:
Hunger is no longer a crisis but a thing of the past.
Basic healthcare is accessible to all, especially the poorest.
Every orphan, widow, and destitute person is supported and empowered.
Acts of charity and kindness are embedded into daily life.
Our long-term vision is to expand our impact across the country and beyond, setting an example for individuals and organizations to serve selflessly and create meaningful change.
The Pillars That Guide Our Mission
At Humanity First Foundation, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. Each meal served, each medical aid provided, and every outreach effort is carried out with genuine care, respect, and empathy. Our commitment is unwavering—since 2016, we have served every single day, proving that service is not occasional, but a way of life. Equality is our foundation; we serve everyone without discrimination, believing that dignity and support are rights every human deserves.
We uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, ensuring that every donation is utilized responsibly and every initiative is carried out with accountability.
Dr. Mohd Sujathullah
Dr. Mohd Sujathullah, a Doctor of Pharmacy from Hyderabad, is the visionary founder of Humanity First Foundation (HFF). His journey began in 2016 when he used his pocket money to feed rice and curry to the hungry outside Secunderabad Railway Station. The overwhelming response he received that day sparked a mission that would never stop. Since then, he has served over 10 million meals across 3100+ consecutive days—without missing a single one, even through floods, storms, and the COVID-19 lockdown. Raised in a joint family and inspired by his father, a retired schoolteacher, Dr. Sujathullah was taught early on to value human life and serve those in need.
His belief is simple: no one should go to bed hungry. Under his leadership, HFF has grown into a powerful movement, providing free daily meals, medical care, orphan support, and even dialysis services to the underserved.
I came to Hyderabad for my child’s treatment and had no money for food. HFF’s breakfast outside the hospital was a blessing. It gave me strength and dignity when I had nothing.
Farhan
They didn’t ask who I was, what religion I belonged to, or where I came from. They just gave me food with a smile. This is what humanity looks like.
Mohammed Kaleem
During the lockdown, we had no job, no food. HFF’s volunteers came every day with meals. My children slept with full stomachs, and that’s something I’ll never forget.
Safia
When my father was diagnosed with kidney failure, we were shattered. The cost of dialysis at private hospitals was far beyond what we could afford. Someone told us about Humanity First Foundation’s Free Dialysis Centre, and it changed everything.
Fatima
My brother was seriously ill and admitted to a government hospital in Hyderabad. We came from a village and didn’t even have money for breakfast. That’s when we saw HFF distributing fresh, hot meals outside the hospital. Every morning they were there—without fail
Zainab
My grandmother needed regular dialysis, but we couldn’t keep up with the hospital bills. HFF’s Free Dialysis Centre stepped in like a miracle. The doctors were professional, the machines were modern, and the environment was clean and respectful.
Imran
When I was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Hyderabad, I was alone and weak. I couldn’t afford proper food. HFF’s breakfast and dinner programs helped me gain my strength back.
